I bought these shoes because I recently took a job that had safety rules and I needed comfortable (but good looking) casual shoes that were not open-toed or open at the heels. The way these shoes appear is great. I have wide feet and these look kind of like the Diesel style shoes I can't get. When I tried them on I was so disappointed as the way that the tongue and the elastic 'laces' looked as you can see your socks looking down at the top of the shoe. || ONeill Mens Hefner Cute, but runs big - I always wear an 8 1/2, but these in an 8 1/2 wouldn't even stay on my foot. I would definitely say they run big. They're very cute, and I LOVE the heel, but they aren't real leather and you can kind of tell if you really look.
