These clogs have great arch support and are very comfortable. I noticed my lower back felt better to. Having bought a few Brooks shoes before, my one complaint is that this particular style appears to be narrower than my previous ones. Other than that, I love these shoes. These Rockports work for me because of the wide size and the adjustable velcro strap (I can make one a bit larger because of the swelling). They are comfy but plain and the black ones make a funny swooshing sound when I walk. I have them in black and the light beige Nubuck color. The Nubuck looks like it will show spots and soil very quickly.
