I adore these shoes and haven't worn any of my other much cuter sandals this summer. I have no foot pain anymore. My feet are narrow, and these adjust well. The only issue is that I don't feel more fit in these shoes, I didn't have any break in time, which may be due to the fact I'm pretty fit.
