It seems to run longer than most Mephistos - I bought my regular size and it find fine. Other Mephistos I had to order a half size larger. The straps are adjustable to fit my narrow foot. The only issues I have is that they tend to run about 1/2 size small and after wearing about 4-5 times I noticed a little foot odor, which I never have a problem with.
