Not the most dressy to be sure, but dressy enough. They have enough height, but they are solid enough and the height is spread out in such a way that you never feel teetering. I ordered a 10WW which is usually a bit big in other styles to accommodate for wearing a sock, but this style my toes are squished at the top of the shoe with no socks. I am ordering an 11 to see if it is any better. I just received these shoes in "watercolor blue" and they are lovely! The photo is very close to the true color. They seem very well made and built to last. I was worried that the soles would be slippery, but they are actually quite grippy.
