This shoe does run narrow, and I have wide feet - usually wear a 6 1/2, so I ordered a 7. It's still a bit long, but with foot pedals on the heel it's a nice fit. I wear a very wide 6.5, couple that with very high arches and a bunion on one foot, finding shoes that fit is an adventure. I wore them to work the next day with absolutely no "break-in". (They could us more arch support.) If you want a comfy shoe this is it! || Bare Traps Womens Let Go A nice, light weight shoe that provides good support. I wear them all day in the arena and around the barn. The only drawback is that they're very porous. The sand filters in and my feet are filthy. But they're also cooler. Trade-offs. Bought it first in wine, but it was too pink for me...was then able to get it in slate, and that was a lovely color. Merrells aren't a pretty shoe in my size, but they're comfortable. Bought these shoes specifically for a trip to Central America for hiking through rain forest, crossing streams, beaches. Extremely comfortable with great fit. My feet just love them. || Bare Traps Womens Let Go Quality, Comfort and nice looking - These are soooo comfortable; they actually provide a great cushion and conform to the shape of your foot. Most Rubber sole sandals have a hard, inflexible sole and are not comfortable after a while. These are the best! They are very well made and nicely shaped. The thong part is made of substantial fabric and is soft so it won't irritate. I wish they made these in more fun colors too, I'd buy them all! It fits snugly to your foot and stays in contact with much of your sole as you walk. The heel strap is awkward to use and looks like it doesn't belong, kind of like putting a Volkswagen bumper on a Chevy Silverado pick-up. But it is functional. I just don't use it. You may want to consider a half size larger. The fit might be too tight if your foot size requires an exact fit.
